Morning Movers: 9:00-9:30 am MWF Low impact class to help with strength, balance, and stretching. A class for the advanced in years, or those who haven’t exercised in a long time. Instructor: Barbara ,Cost: free
Zumba: 5:00-6:00 pm MTTH. Great cardio class which makes exercise fun. Teacher encourages movement, even if the steps are not correct. Instructor: Monica, Cost $1 donation
Line Dancing: 10-11am Friday Beginning steps Instructor: Shirley: Cost, free
Line Dancing: 12:30-1:30 pm Tuesdays, Intermediate steps: Instructor: Patty, Cost: free
Pilates: 10:30-11:30 am Wednesdays Good class for toning, strengthening those muscles, Instructor: Carol, Cost $1 donation
Yoga Praise: 9:30-10:30 am Thursdays : stretch and relax, firm up: Instructor: Karla, Cost $1
