Director – Ashley Wilson
Ashley is the Director of FBWEC She has been with the preschool for 7 years. She has worked as a three-year-old lead teacher before she took this role. Before she came to First Baptist she worked at Floyd Knight School in Lee County for 6 years and has worked in childcare most of her adult life. She has 3 children and lives in Sanford with her husband Jeremy. Her favorite book is “I’ll Love you Forever”!
Assistant Director – Carolyn Lee
Carolyn is the assistant director of FBWEC. She has been with preschool since 2021. Before coming to First Baptist, she has worked 39 years with 2 difference church based preschool programs and several years as a nanny to a set of twins. During the afternoons, she runs an afterschool program for elementary students. Carolyn is the mother of 3 sons, and they have blessed her with 2 grandsons and a granddaughter. She enjoys sewing, crafts and reading.
